Nature in many cases has a very calming and therapeutic effect on the mind. So it is no surprise that many people decorate their environment with beautiful nature images. Often we are even attracted to images of objects found in the environment that are telling us of forgotten times.
Remember the last time you saw the most spectacular sunset and wished you had the camera with you? How often were you intrigued by that perfectly composed image of a flower? Today, photographers don’t just take pictures anymore. A good photographer is an artist who sees light and sets out to show us ordinary items in spectacular ways. It is very satisfactory to see and show images that make the observer “wow”. Yes, there is beauty in everything…. we just have to open our eyes to see it.
